This is a commissioned sales position, who's charter is to maximize consumption revenue opportunities for the Consumer (Home) Segment of the market with covered PC OEM accounts in Northern Cone of Latin America, thru joint business development efforts with covered accounts, while aligning CO-marketing investments in support of Intel's strategies in the region and delighting our customers.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating high level relationships with key individuals at accounts.
* Develop relationships with regional level resources in support of assigned accounts.
* Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of: (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term'' and (2) increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
* Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual consumption and design win quotas.
* Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
* Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
Critical qualifications required are:
� Customer Orientation and strong sales and negotiation skills
� Strong Results Orientation to deliver our targets and beyond.
� Proven Stakeholder management
� Solid field experience with proven sales record of at least five years in account manager positions
� Consumer Market Segment Experience
� Experience of dealing with senior executives and executive conversation skills
� Vision to look beyond the norm and push new ideas
� Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills
� Excellent organization and discipline
� Experience with PC OEM and Notebook ecosystem an added advantage
� Solid Spanish and English Language Skills
� Co-Marketing Programs (IIP/JMP) experience would be an added advantage
� Peruvian IT industry and consumer market ecosystem knowledge would be an added advantage
